Executive Search Partners is the current name of the executive search business
begun by Gary Erickson in 1997 when he was the COO of the Great Lakes
Technologies Group. Great Lakes Technologies Group was an IT staffing, project
management, hosting and executive search company. When the Great Lakes
Technologies Group was sold to Logica in 2002, Erickson kept the executive
search part of that business and renamed it Erickson Partners. Because of
enormous growth (300% in 2003), Gary enlisted two other partners to join him. To better represent what we do, Erickson Partners was renamed Executive
Search Partners LLC. In 2004 Gary Robertson joined Gary Erickson and in February 2005 Larry Hamilton joined the team.
Executive Search Partners (ESP) maintains a large database of screened
candidates. Boasting nearly 1400 resumes, it includes senior level Information
Technology candidates as well as Consulting, Sales and Business Development
candidates. This database enables ESP to find, screen and present a slate of
well qualified candidates usually within two weeks of beginning a search.
While ESP's client list remains confidential, recruiting assignments have been
completed for some of the nation’s largest companies.
