Gary Erickson founded Executive Search Partners in 2003 and is very proud that Executive Search Partners has been named by Forbes as one of the top search companies in North America.
Gary has over 35 years of management and executive experience. He has held positions of CIO, COO, Director of Sales, and Global Director Quality and Manufacturing. In 1994, Gary was named one of the country's leading mid-market CIO's by Deloitte and Touche.
In 1996 Gary co founded Great Lakes Technologies Group. Great Lakes Technologies Group was recognized as one of Michigan's most successful start-ups. It received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, was named the Best Place to Work in Southeast Michigan for 4 years in a row and received the Automation Alley Technology Company of the Year Award.
Gary holds a Bachelor and Masters in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the University of Michigan.

John W Murdock is a Partner with Executive Search Partners, a nationwide search firm, specializing in senior Information Technology appointments. Murdock, like all ESP partners, distinctively draws on his thirty years of experience as a former IT executive and business leader. Having successfully acquired, built, and delivered business enabling solutions and services to large multinational Insurance and Banking companies. Such as, CIO VP and Board member at GMAC Insurance; VP IT for Wells Fargo; VP IT for Huntington Bank; and President for insurance solutions provider Majesco.

Daryl Minor has 34 years of progressive leadership experience with a demonstrated record of success in Information Technology, consulting, system implementations, process improvements and business transformations. Daryl has extensive experience and expertise in reducing IT costs and complexities, developing enterprise architecture that supports business operations, implementing IT governance and project management disciplines, streamlining software development processes, revamping IT organizations, and managing large-scale implementations. He has worked with businesses of varying size and structure including start-ups, small privately owned, middle-market, and Fortune 500, both domestically and internationally. Daryl has experience in several industries, including marketing services, automotive, transportation, and manufacturing.
Daryl has held CIO positions at Budco, Champion Enterprises, and Minacs Corporation. He has also held senior IT leadership positions at the European divisions of Visteon and Johnson Controls, while based in Germany for 4 years. Daryl has a global business and leadership perspective, having led and delivered process improvement and transformation initiatives in North America, South America, South Africa, and Europe.
Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Louisiana - Lafayette and a MBA from Michigan State University. He is on the Board of Directors for Marywood Nursing Center.
Bill Rogers is an experienced Chief Information Officer who is recognized as a leader in the field of talent management, business and technology leader. Rogers has more than 25 years of experience building, growing and managing organizations through information technology and telecommunications.
Bill held the Chief Information Officer and leadership positions in several global companies - Johnson Controls, Honeywell and Goss International; in a nonprofit organizations - FIRST (Dean Kamen's foundation for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), the American Red Cross; at premier technology consulting firms - AlixPartners and Deloitte; in public service as the state of New Hampshire's Chief Information Officer and at the State of Florida where he directed the planning and policies to shape the state’s technology infrastructure.
Bill has been a trusted advisor to CXOs at Dell, SAP, DirecTV, DJO Global, AT&T and many successful startups. He is recognized as an IT profession thought leader and has been a speaker at the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium, NASCIO, SAP’s SAPPHIRE, and The CIO Executive Summit.
Bill has an extensive volunteer experience as a leader including the American Red Cross, Boy Scouts of America and the Crossroads House
Earning a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland. Bill is trained as a Six Sigma Process Owner.
Danny DeCiryan brings 40 years of experience in recruiting and public service. Most recently since 2010 Danny was a Senior Recruiter for Siemens Global Expert Team where he assisted the Orlando based Energy business in moving from an outsourced staffing model to be a recruiter centric (full life cycle). Working in a lead role through piloting new work flows, processes and techniques he worked to innovate and optimize internal and external hiring across a range of groups and disciplines; including core business areas like... IT, Finance, Legal, Contracts, Sales and Marketing. He also developed, mentored and taught sourcing, networking and search techniques. Danny was recognized as a IT recruiting expert by the global Siemens World publication during an Interview in March 2012.
Danny is an ardent conservationist and served (as a volunteer and elected official) in the Seminole County Soil and Water Conservation Board from 2001 to 2008 pioneering the acceptance of conservation design techniques for zoning / building / permitting; educational programs for schools and residents.
