Executive Search Partners was formed and is run by former Chief Information Officers.
Each of us "grew up" in IT and understands in detail what it takes to be successful at all levels. We have each functioned as individual technical contributors, middle-level managers and senior executives responsible for IT operations, tactics and strategy. We utilize this unparalleled depth of knowledge and experience while working with our customers to first specify the exact requirements for each position and then thoroughly screen potential candidates. Gary Erickson founded Executive Search Partners in 2003 and is very proud that Executive Search Partners was named by Forbes as one of the top search companies in North America.
Gary has over 35 years of management and executive experience. He has held positions of CIO, COO, Director of Sales, and Global Director Quality and Manufacturing. In 1994, Gary was named one of the country's leading mid-market CIO's by Deloitte and Touche.
In 1996 Gary co founded Great Lakes Technologies Group. Great Lakes Technologies Group was recognized as one of Michigan's most successful start-ups. It received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, was named the Best Place to Work in Southeast Michigan for 4 years in a row and received the Automation Alley Technology Company of the Year Award.
Gary holds a Bachelor and Masters in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the University of Michigan.

John W Murdock is a Partner with Executive Search Partners specializing in senior Information Technology appointments. Murdock, like all ESP partners, distinctively draws on his thirty years of experience as a former IT executive and leader. Having successfully acquired, built, and delivered business enabling solutions and services to large multinational Insurance and Banking companies. Such as CIO, VP and Board member at GMAC Insurance; VP IT for First Union (Wells Fargo); VP IT for Huntington Bank; and President for Systems Task Group, Intl (Majesco).
Since Murdock "grew up" in IT, and then effectively transitioned to executive search, he understands what it takes at all levels with providing the best senior IT professionals to hiring executives.
Murdock is member of SIM Charlotte, and advisor to SIM’s Members in Transition group. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University, attended various IT and Executive Management programs throughout his career. Yet his tenure as leader and manager of people processes and technology have provided his greatest lessons and accomplishments.

Daryl Minor has 34 years of progressive leadership experience with a demonstrated record of success in Information Technology, consulting, system implementations, process improvements and business transformations. Daryl has extensive experience and expertise in reducing IT costs and complexities, developing enterprise architecture that supports business operations, implementing IT governance and project management disciplines, streamlining software development processes, revamping IT organizations, and managing large-scale implementations. He has worked with businesses of varying size and structure including start-ups, small privately owned, middle-market, and Fortune 500, both domestically and internationally. Daryl has experience in several industries, including marketing services, automotive, transportation, and manufacturing.
Daryl has held CIO positions at Budco, Champion Enterprises, and Minacs Corporation. He has also held senior IT leadership positions at the European divisions of Visteon and Johnson Controls, while based in Germany for 4 years. Daryl has a global business and leadership perspective, having led and delivered process improvement and transformation initiatives in North America, South America, South Africa, and Europe.
Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Louisiana - Lafayette and a MBA from Michigan State University. He is on the Board of Directors for Marywood Nursing Center.
Bill Rogers is an experienced Chief Information Officer who is recognized as a leader in the field of talent management, business and technology leader. Rogers has more than 25 years of experience building, growing and managing organizations through information technology and telecommunications.
Bill held the Chief Information Officer and leadership positions in several global companies - Johnson Controls, Honeywell and Goss International; in a nonprofit organizations - FIRST (Dean Kamen's foundation for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), the American Red Cross; at premier technology consulting firms - Deloitte and in public service as the state of New Hampshire's Chief Information Officer and at the State of Florida where he directed the planning and policies to shape the state’s technology infrastructure.
Bill has been a trusted advisor to CXOs at Dell, SAP, DirecTV, DJO Global, AT&T and many successful startups. He is recognized as an IT profession thought leader and has been a speaker at the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium, NASCIO, SAP’s SAPPHIRE, and The CIO Executive Summit.
Bill has an extensive volunteer experience as a leader including the American Red Cross, Boy Scouts of America and the Crossroads House
Earning a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland. Bill is trained as a Six Sigma Process Owner.
Vishakha Radia is an experienced information technology and business executive with exceptional CIO relationships across all industries. With over 30 years of leadership experience in building high performing teams in IT, consulting and services, she has a track record of working with hundreds of organizational connections in driving aligned “Digital Age” business and IT initiatives. Vishakha’s consulting has focused on technology-enabled innovative customer and employee experiences across functions and she is a trusted advisor to many IT executives. She has driven many digital programs ‘end to end’ from strategy, business and IT software and hardware architecture, application implementation and change management through adoption. As a result, Vishakha has helped identify, quantify and deliver over $1B value for top line growth and employee productivity in Fortune 100 companies.
Vishakha has held senior director, director and senior manager roles in Cisco Consulting Services, Cisco Collaboration, Video, Mobility Technology Group, Cisco’s Internet Business Solutions Group and as an IT Applications Director at Chrysler. She started her career at General Motors as an analyst and programmer for manufacturing and production control applications, including SAP, and has also held manufacturing plant positions.
Vishakha holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio and Executive Education from Duke University. She was raised in London, England, born in Tanzania, East Africa and is of Indian origin.
As VP of Partnership, Vishakha is on the Executive Board of the Michigan Council Women in Technology (MCWT). She has doubled revenue for Girls in IT programs in the last two years through fundraising events. Additionally, she has earned the title of “distinguished” speaker. She speaks regularly at Enterprise Connect, Cisco Live, Techonomy in Detroit and at MCWT events, as well as facilitating Gartner CIO sessions. Vishakha most recently keynoted the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) global ICT session. She lives in the Detroit Metro area, is married with two adult children, and enjoys mentoring, hiking, kayaking, reading, food, wine and travel.
Danny DeCiryan brings 40 years of experience in recruiting and public service.
Most recently with Executive Search Partners and his consultantcy NATERE; Danny has worked on searches in IT, HR, Commercial Construction and retained work in the Metals Technologies arena.
From 2010 to 2015 Danny was a Senior Recruiter for the Siemens Global Expert Team where he assisted the Orlando based Energy business in moving from an outsourced staffing model to be recruiter centric (full life cycle). Working in a lead role through piloting new work flows, processes and techniques he worked to innovate and optimize internal and external hiring across a range of groups and disciplines; including core business areas like... IT, Finance, Legal, Contracts, Sales, Marketing to Project Business groups . He also developed, mentored and taught sourcing, networking and search techniques. Danny was recognized as an IT recruiting expert by the global Siemens World publication during an Interview in March 2012.
From 2006 to 2010 Danny was with the Siemens IT Solutions Consulting practice as an Executive Recruiter. SIS was a Global IT Out-sourcing and Professional Services firm to the Fortune 100 and the Siemens Group. Danny provided executive recruiting to support the consulting business practices for Data Center Optimization/Consolidation, Virtualization, ITIL and Network Solutions. In 2008 he was recognized as a top performer in the "Run to the Sun". In 2009 he was recognized as a "Company Star".
Previously from 2003 to 2006 Danny was the Managing Recruiter for his consultancy NATERE.US which leveraged recruitment & sourcing activities for Critical Skills, High Potential / Top Talent and Diversity candidates. His projects included work for Siemens Building Technologies and Information Communication Networks working in advanced technologies like: Security, Mobile Networks (Fixed and Wireless),VOIP, IPTV and other emerging technologies. He also worked with a group of global trading partners performing profiling, sourcing, screening for Systems Engineers, Executive level Sales and PLM. Danny also worked with the Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, Peat Marwick) groups for Tax, Audit and MAS candidates.
Danny is an ardent conservationist and served (as a volunteer and elected official) in the Seminole County Soil and Water Conservation Board from 2001 to 2008 pioneering the acceptance of conservation design techniques for zoning / building / permitting; educational programs for schools and residents.
Prior experience includes Corporate Recruiting for Siemens, Lockheed Martin and PaySys as well as Technical Recruiting for Search, Agencies and Contract Labor Firms.
Danny is active with his family, enjoys cooking, gardening, camping and onging study for personal development, reading and creative design areas.
Larry Bobbitt has more than 40 years of management and executive experience in the Information Technology industry. Larry held a number of leadership position including Vice President of the EDS Technical Products Division, Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting and Global Delivery Executive for Applications Development and Deployment for Capgemini’s GM Account. He was also the Founder and CEO of inKNOWvator, a knowledge management and software development company.
